Dear Dynamics Community,

I'm looking forward to learn skills in Dynamics CRM 2016/365.

I also would like to do a certifiaction, for e.g. MB2-710, MB2-711, ... . I found some course at the official Microsoft Website, but there are not very cheap and under the point that I need to pay everything by myself I'm looking for Selft-Study Material.

Can you give me any recommendations for books, exam preparations in English and/or German?

    I don't think are any real materials. A good starting point is the blog of Neil Parkhust: https://neilparkhurst.com/. Under CRM Certifications you can read guides on what to study for certain topics with links to content.

    The best way to learn is to spend time trying out CRM in your own sandbox, or even better working on actual solutions. I came in not knowing anything about CRM, but I was fortunate to be in a firm that was willing to give me time to learn/play around with CRM for a few weeks. Also, don't hesitate to ask questions (even the most trivial ones), it is the best way to learn!
