I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or if this is how the system is supposed to work. I have several Health Insurance Deductions created in HR and Payroll. The deduction in the payroll side have the Allow Arrears and Collect when Possible marked. When you add an employee from the HR side to the deduction, it correctly creates the deduction for that employee, but the Allow Arrears and Collect When Possible are not defaulting as marked. So I then have to go into mark those on each record.
This is a issue as we are hiring between 10 to 50 employees a week.
