I am building a test VM right now and was wondering if I need to look for SharePoint Foundation 2010 to run on SQL2014, Sever2012 and then to support GP2013 and GP2015.
We are building a VM so we can test out different configurations with clients in the future as we move to update them.
I am ready to use SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Server, but I wanted confirmation that GP2013 and GP2015 would (will / can) support that version of SharePoint.

Only SharePoint 2010 is compatible with Dynamics GP 2013 Workflow.
SharePoint 2013 is only compatible with Business Portal 6.1 for Dynamics GP 2013.
For Dynamics GP 2015, there is no Business Portal application and I would recommend using the new Workflow 2.0 functionality built in, instead of the old Dynamics GP Workflow on SharePoint.

Apparently, MS SharePoint 2013 version is supported for SP 1 MS Dynamics GP 2013.

However, GP 2015 I am almost certain that supports it. Now oriented REST services, authentication Azure and more ... I doubt that lacks backward strategy.
