Released Production Order Cannot Finish

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with the /quantity per/ of production bill of material in the component section of our released production order after business central upgrade. Before the upgrade, the quantity per of the BOM has 5 decimal place execution and that is automatic. Right now, the released production order can only finish when I manually round up the /quantity per/ to 2 decimal places.

However, I recreated this problem on a test environment. I discovered I could only finish the released order when I remove tracking from the Items on BOM.

We cannot remove tracking on our production environment because it is essential to the business process.

Is there anyone who can direct me to a possible solution.

@HVGEEL,

The rounding precision for the items is still 0.00001. We only made a change to 0.01 in order to resolve the issue and since we couldn't, we have since reverted back to the original rounding number.

Check the Item::Rounding Precision field on the item card of the component.

My guess is that your problem is not related to a technical upgrade, but to a Master Data mismatch.

Given the info in your question, the Rounding Precision value is 0.01, where you expect it to be 0.00001

I do not see the link with Item Tracking. Those are separate issues.
