access to external user to model-driven App

hi experts,

I have the business requirement to provide access to 2 external users to my model-driven App. I have done a short research and found out that Power Apps per app plan costs around 8 USD through my provider. Now the question: do you think this is a good choice for external users who only need a read access to the data in the App?

option 2 is Dynamics 365 Team Members license. Will it solve the requirement?

    Hello Armine.

    - Please review the Licensing guide. Team Member license grants full read access only.  However There are some restrictions (for example, they can access using specific apps, not all model-driven apps will work for TeamMembers).

    - PowerApps might be an option. However this will require a user to be created on your domain so the license can be assigned.

Another option would be to use a portal.  This doesn't require to create a user within your domain and you can use the portal functionality to create specific pages that expose certain entities data.  Contacts/Clients can login to the portal and check the data that you expose

Hi Daniel, thanks for the response. I had already created the App, so will assign Team Members license. the Licensing guide says "Team Members license has Dynamics 365 Applications: full read across" , so should be no issue.
