Does RMS have the functionality to enable a mandated cycle count each morning at our store locations prior to entering other transactions?  I.e., our store lead is required to perform a phyisical inventory of 5 stock codes prior to entering in any sales.  If not, is there a related vendor that has developed a functionality similar to this?

    Thank you for your question.

    Currently RMS does not have the capability to enable a mandated cycle count.

    The ability for RMS to enable a mandated cycle count is an excellent idea to enter on our Product Feedback forums, located here:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../feedback.htm

    The product suggestion link allows you to submit ideas for features to be implemented in future releases of our Microsoft Dynamics products. These suggestions are then reviewed by various Microsoft resources to determine impact and feasibility of implementing into future releases.

    Never seen this function before.

    I would proably have HQ email or fax the ILC to the stores and have them faxed or emailed back.
