Is it possible to reverse consolidation journal?

Hello everyone,

someone in our company ran a consolidation and all our financials are gone into one single journal, is there away to reverse this? do don't have the full backup but the other issue is the consolidation posted 500K into suspense account which is impossible for me to find out what is it

    Hello Nihad,

    Yes it is possible to reverse your GL Entry.  on GL Transaction screen--> Correct Journal Entry button.  Select first option 'Back out Journal Entry'  enter your Journal Entry # 31857 --> OK.  It should reverse your GL.

    it won't allow me to reverse the GL Entry:

    '' Year-end close and consolidation transactions cannot be corrected@

    Hello Nihad,

    Have you gone through Copy Journal Entry from Excel?  You can rectify it on Excel and then copy it in Dynamics GP.
