I need to migrate data from SQL to Dynamics CRM or vice versa. How can i achieve it with SSIS or any other way without using any third party tool.

Can you provide me the windows service example if possible with code and also SSIS without any third party tool.
You can write a windows service or can use SSIS to get data from CRM online with the help of CRM APIs. As CRM online is hosted on Microsoft Server you won't be able to access it directly.
Dynamics CRM Online?
Unfortunately, CRM Online doesn't give you direct access to the database layer via SSMS

If you looking for a tool scribe is the best data mingration tool. you can schedule the replication upto 15 mins intervals and it send periodical reports as well. But the tool is not free. You can have a look
