Test data for Dynamics 365 FO for third party load test

Is it possible to easily import\create test data on a D365 dev VM, or is there any built in functions to do this.

I am looking to load test a third party app that will retrieve data from D365 through OData and custom services.

I am looking to have around the following (all relating to each other)

500,000 trade agreements

50,000 customers

200,000 items

You can use the Data Expansion Tool (DET) to create data records.

Look at Data Expansion Tool (open it by using &mi=DataExpOpenMenuItem in the URL).

You could also try using an Excel file with the data and import it via Data Management.
