Track email and attach it to specific record (activity) based on email topic

I know, that it is possible to use forward email in CRM Dynamics, so when user send message to that specific mailbox, then it appears in application, attached to user (as a activity). 

I create custom entity, let's call it 'Invoice', then create record and name it eg. "Invoice_2019_07_19". 

Is it possible, to configure Email Router or Server-Side Sync so when someone sends email to that mailbox and Topic of the mail is eg.:

"[Invoice_2019_07_19] Hello!" that this mail is attached do that mentioned record in Invoice entity?

 

I think that it may be difficult to achieve. So far I only figure out one possible solution. 

Inspect exchange mailbox, then create workflow, that checks when email is coming. After that parse it and send json to custom service that attach it to record.

Maybe there is easier way?
