need to know the when we create field, business rules and etc,,

Hi Vasu,
Dynamics CRM released with some predefined module called Sales , Service, Marketing etc. Let say you are working on sales module and you are using OOB entity called contact. Now your customer wants to store information in contact entity example customer type like Gold,Silver etc , in this scenario you need to create custom field.

The main purpose of Business rules is to implement logic without writing client side script so that user who dont know javascript can define business rules in the form.Let say you want to show, hidefield or lock,unlock,clear field etc based on certain condition you can define business rules.
