Attachments to SharePoint On-Prem with filename manipulation

I need some assistance as we have successfully connected the SharePoint on prem library within Dynamics SL(2015). What I want is for Dynamics to attach a GUID to the filename before the extension so that every file is a unique string. Currently this functions in the Time and Expense area through, but it does not do this in the Attachments add to a record. Does anyone know where this setting could be or what I have to do in order to make this possible.
