Business Central Power Automation sales order confirmation

Is it possible to use power automation within Business Central to automatically print to a specific printer or email to a specific email address the sales confirmation report (or any other report) for each order when a new, released sales order is created? Thank you

    Printers can be tricky, but I recommend a free AppSource Extension that is a PrintNode Connector.  The app is free, but you do have to pay for PrintNode (which is very economical).  This allows you to define specific reports go to specific network printers.  You can even do it by specific Users, which is handy when you want the report/label printed near the person doing the printing.
     
    Emailing is a standard feature in Business Central.  On your Customer Card, there is an option called "Document Layouts".  You can define the report, the specific layout of the report, and what email(s) it goes to.  When you run (Send) that report for that customer it will use this information to handle what email(s) the report gets sent to.

    Thanks for your reply, I looked at the the free print node app. I maybe missing how, I don't see how either can be used to automatically print or email new released sales orders automatically as they are created.
    Our Ecomm transfers orders to BC, i'd like the new orders automatically printed or emailed to a designated email address (not to clients but to an internal work email).
     
    I was wondering if Power Automate can be used to do either.

    My assumption was you were planning to use Power Automate to trigger a workflow when a Sales Order is Released, which would run the Business Central Print/Send function.
     
    Another method for handling this without Power Automate would be to add a custom Codeunit in Business Central which gets called by a Job Queue Entry.  The Codeunit would run the Print/Send function for the Order Confirmation, which would then use what you have defined for the Customer to process the report.

    Thanks @Ben Baxer I think you are saying that Power Automate can't be used to automatically print out orders when they come from our ecomm program.  
    New orders will come to BC "Released" we were hoping to find a solution to automatically print a pick instruction report or a sales confirmation report automatically in our pick area so our team knows when a new order needs to be picked.
    I thought if they could be automatically emailed without customization then i could write a rule to print out the emails when they are received by our designated pick email.
    Bottom line, we were hoping there is an option, without customization, that could automatically print new orders when received from our Ecomm site.
