The customer has multiple companies and the warning message appears only for one company. They click 3 times on OK and the message disappears and GP opens.
Any idea how to remove the warning message?

I have the same question (0)Are there any third party products installed - and if so, does the message relate to the registration for such a product? (as opposed to the core GP application itself?). You check this within Tools > Customisation Status - and "disable" such a third party product and then see if you still get the message if you switch between companies to the company that has the error. This might narrow down the cause.
Also what version of GP are you running?
