Upgrade from BC14 (Business Central Spring 2019) to BC23 (2023 release wave 2)

Hello, I'm trying to upgrade a customized BC14 version directly to BC23 following the official documentation
 
Even if the compatibility matrix shows that it's possible to upgrade directly from BC14 to BC23
I have experimented a blocking errore when syncing the /second/ version of the table migration extension (empty version).
Below the error:

It seems that the new architecture of BC23 version has an impact in the upgrading process.
 
Anyone has terminated a similar flow without errors?
