edit in excel shows no data

I am trying to use edit in excel on our customers page, but after the connector refreshes it shows no data, only headers and one blank row on the table. I know that Edit in Excel is working with other pages, and have compared all of the config settings on the connector between the working and non-working pages. The only setting that is different is the x-ms-correlation-id but I'm guessing this is a unique ID.

Any ideas on what the issue could be or where to look?

Also, would using filters have an effect on this?

    Hello,

    There should be in the top bar a yellow box that allows you to continue. I am sure you did enable it so the Add-in can load?

    Hi,

    The only yellow box is the message telling me to enable content, which I need to enable before the add-in will run.

    Yes that is the one I meant. In the connection string, is the Excel Add-In pointing to the correct company?
