Bing Maps Key should be obtained by the customer itself. Regarding the costs – we (support team) are not aware about prices. For this information the customer should contact Partner.

There are possibilities with different kind of licenses - Business and Personal Use OR Enterprise License.
Customer is able to use the free key in the beginning. The Bing Maps Basic Key will provide the customer with 125,000 transactions per calendar year.
You can get in contact with Bing Maps team, but please be aware they can only recommend licenses needed. Maps team do not have access to customer pricing, this will need to be provided by the customers re seller/ LSP.
To be able to correctly license the customer you need to know how many users will be requiring the mapping functionality for your Dynamics.
