Management Reporter 2012 - Bad or missing data was encountered

Hello:

We're on Management Reporter 2012 CU13.  We're not on the Data Mart.  We're on the Legacy Adapter and reports have been running fine, for over a year.

Yesterday, the "sa" password was changed.  Corporate policy dictates that this password be changed every sixty days.  Today, none of our financial statements will generate!

Upon trying to generate the statements, we receive the error stating "Bad or missing data was encountered while loading the report and its building blocks.  Report generation has been cancelled."

Normally, after changing the "sa" password, any issues in MR are resolved by stopping and restarting the two MR services.  Doing so this time, however, did not work.

Also, I made sure that the current month's fiscal period is open in GP for all companies that we're reporting on.

Below is the full error, as shown in Event Viewer.

If you have a solution, please let me know.  Thank you!  Much appreciated!

John
