Add Sales order to Tracking (regarding)

How do I modify sales orders so they show up in the Outlook Plugin?

Right now I can see opportunities, cases ect but not sales orders.

If I do the folder level tracking, I can select a sales order, but the users want to be able to track an email via the outlook plugin.

Thanks very much

    Hello,

You need to a few things for this:

    1. Add the entity to 'Categorized Search'
      1. Navigate to the 'Settings' area and click 'Administration'

      2. Select 'System Settings'

      3. Enable the checkbox for 'Enable Relevance Search, then next to 'Categorized Search' click the [Select] button

      4. Move the Order entity from the left column to the right column

    2. Enable the 'Activities' feature for the entity
      1. Navigate to the 'Settings' area and click 'Customizations'

      2. Click 'Customize the System'
      3. Expand the 'Entities' list on the left
      4. dyncomm_5F00_mindsunited_5F00_expandentity.png
      5. Scroll down the list and click on 'Order'

      6. On the right side panel, enable the checkbox 'Activities' (should already be enabled) and enable the checkbox 'Enable for Mobile'
        dyncomm_5F00_mindsunited_5F00_acitivitesandmobile.png
      7. Save your changes and click Publish
        dyncomm_5F00_mindsunited_5F00_saveandpublish.png

    3. Wait for up to 15 minutes (unfortunately)
    4. It should now show up in the Outlook App

Hope this helps you. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
