customer name is locked how to enable when am trying create new pribid it showing as lock field in customer field.how to enable this

Someone has enabled field security on this field. from settings > security > field security > look for profile and add your user to it.

If you wish to have privilege to edit this field, please contact your CRM administrator. This field is locked because of field security is enabled for this field and you are not added into the field security profile.

Go to Settings --> Security --> Field Level security --> Open one by one security profile --> Go to Field permission --> Check which profile having access Read and write flag Yes. Assign the user in that profile and check.
