Malicious Contact Record created in CRM Online Deployment called account-security-noreply@account.live.com.nsatc.net ? how do I find out how it entered?

A record was Maliciously created in our CRM Online Deployment called account-security-noreply@account.live.com.nsatc.net as a contact record. It just happed within the last hour or so, what can I do to find out how it was created?

its logged that it was created by the admin account which is used by myself, im concerned that a plugin I installed from a Third Party such as Resco or Codeplex may have compromised the deployment?

Guys False Alarm, somebody had borrowed a mobile device that was configured with the CRM Mobile App with my login, They must have imported their contacts into CRM.
