Hi, according to my client, BC went out of service between 1:00 and 1:30 AM Japan time, but it has now been restored.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

On October 29, 2025, MS experienced a major outage affecting Azure, MS 365, and related services. BC was included in the disruption, and many users reported login failures and blank pages.

    Here’s what we can do.

    1. Confirm the Outage

    2. Report the Outage

    • Go to the Environments tab in the BC Admin Center.
    • Select the affected environment, then choose Support > Report Production Outage.
    • Fill in the form with:
      • Outage type: Unable to sign in (all users)
      • Your contact details
      • Browser and error details (e.g., correlation ID, timestamp)
      • Time the issue began
    • This creates a support ticket with MS and flags the issue for review.

    3. Troubleshooting Tips

    • Confirm it’s not a local network issue, test access from another device or network.
    • Try accessing BC from a different browser or incognito mode.
    • If you use a custom domain or tenant alias, verify that it’s correctly configured.

    4. Monitor Resolution

    • After reporting, you can track the ticket via the Reported Outages page in the Admin Center.
    • MS typically updates status and resolution progress there.

    5. Preventive Steps

    • Consider enabling telemetry and snapshot debugging to capture future issues.
    • Use profiling tools in sandbox environments to simulate login flows and detect bottlenecks.
