SOP Entry screen freezes when we use the "Previous" button

When entering an order in the Sales Transaction Entry window with the item details shown, the system will freeze if the user uses the "Previous" button to display a line item entered previously on the document. The result is a corrupt SOP document that has to be removed using SQL.  Has anyone else run into this before?
