Permissions - Customer and Jobs

Trying to give users with D365 Team Member license permission to create/edit jobs, that is, he/she will need to be able to select "bill-to customer no." field on the job card. To allow users to select bill-to Customer No., Customer: Read permission is needed. However, we also want to limit such users to access the Customers Page/List where it shows a list of all customers and outstanding balance etc.

Is that possible?

    the problem you can have is that when the user choose select from full list can open any customer and see the balance

    By default is not possible to limit to open a customer card if the user has read rights on it 

    Anyway the user when need to insert the customer on the job level see the whole list of the customer, so you need to instruct that need only to pick the customer that is needed

    This kind of limitation should be done by code

    Thanks Alessandro! Seems like we need a limitation on field level if we want to control their access to customer balance in this case.
