ReOpen Opportunity doesn't work anymore

Dear all,

Maybe someone could help, we did recent cosmetic change on a D365 instance 9.1 and now the reopen opportunity button is not working anymore (nothing happen). I'm not able to determine if this is happening since we migrate to version 9.1 in December or if this is related to recent change. I tried different browser with same result.

Do you have any recommandation how to troubleshoot ?

    Hi,

    Do you have any javascript or did you customized reopen opportunity button? it might be you customized this button and added some script which is failing.

    What is the nature of the cosmetic change you made? Does reverting this change resolve the issue?

    Does your change anywhere relating to Ribbon button or status/status region fields?

    if you do not have any customizations on that button, Raise a ticket to Microsoft immediately.

    Dear all,

    Thanks for your recommandation,

    - I have no ribbon customization

    - I ve made the status field editable to allow the move of the opportunity "on hold" ... I already revert the change

    But some JavaScript to hide/unhide field and reset value. I 'll try to disable them and will keep you informed

    To follow up on this, I create a simple form with no javascript and minimum fields and still not able to make the re-open button working.

    I'm going to open a ticket to MS
