Hi All 

the new user Bottom is not active as below screen shots 

even i thought that the customer doesnot have enough Licence 

we asked the customer and he purchased an extra licence 

but the issue still

    Hi, in Cloud, you need to create users in Microsoft 365 Admin center first.

    1. Add user and assign BC License.

    It is important to understand that when you use BC Online all your users needs to be added to your Azure AD and assigned a license there before they can get access to your Business Central tenant.
