Regarding Demographic search implementation

Hi

Could someone please give me some pointers (samples or design guidelines) on how to implement the below scenario in CRM 2015?

It's search utility.

Requester is searching for the providers who provides the service (e.g. Xyz service) within X miles from his residence address.

Provider's services are like the below.

1. Provider 1 could provide the Xyz service in the zip codes 12345, 23456,45678

2. Provider 2 Could provide the Xyz service in specific counties (e.g. Shelby county, Jefferson county etc)

How the search could determine whether provider 1 or provider 2 falls within his proximity?

I am assuming that this could be accomplished with the integration of Google API service or Bing map API services.

Thanks in advance.
