Alert or notification when user permission changes

Hi,

Is there any way of setting up an alert or notification, when the permission or permission set of a user changes in BC.

I understand there is a way of been notification if an actual permission set changes, but in this case we want to be notified if the permissions of a user changes, say from D365 Basic to D365 Bus Premium, for example.

Thanks. This is what I had thought initially, but users are a "System Table" and therefore cannot be added to field monitoring.

actually MS has made such monitoring possible, not in BC directly, but through telemetry monitoring. To use telemetry, you need to have access to admin center, required azure services etc.

But may require custom API
