Hi... I have a question about the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics...  We currently have an in-house copy of Dynamics Workstation 2011 which we're migrating to a hosted version which is running alongside our Office 365 (Exchange only).  I'm trying to configure the afore-mentioned Dynamics Connector, but it's asking for a Windows Live ID to connect to Dynamics Online.  The issue I have is that Office 365 doesn't use Live IDs any more... when I try to use my own personal Live ID, it (naturally) says it can't find any organizations, as my Live ID isn't linked to my organization.  Is there a way around this, or any way I can link my Live ID to Office 365 so that this will work?

    Sorry, meant to say that the hosted version is Dynamics CRM 2011

    Please log in to the below mentioned link and start process under "Use an email address you already have" to link your Office 365 ID to your Live ID:

    accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf

    Followiung this link lets me connect Facebook, Twitter, etc. accounts to my Live ID, but it doesn't seem to allow me to connect my Office 365 ID.  It just comes up with wrong username or password.  Could you please run through step by step what I need to do?

    Dear Robert your Office 365 email will be like info@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com. Did you use this email address and tried to associate it as your live id?

    Hi...

    This lets me link Live ID accounts, but not Office 365 accounts.

    Hi,

    What is the Hosted CRM URL that you are trying to configure with Outlook?

    Are you able to login to your Hosted CRM 2011 with your Office 365 email address (username@domainname.onmicrosoft.com) from the Internet Explorer if yes then you should be able to configure the same CRM org with your Outlook successfully.
