Hi,

We are experiencing a problem that we cannot register a 3rd pick for our production order. We do the first pick, the second pick without any problems. But after clicking on register of the third pick we have the same error:

Item tracking defined for source line 10000 of Prod. Consumption ZP/2021/00410 amounts to more than the quantity you have entered.

You must adjust the existing item tracking specification and then reenter a new quantity.

 

Did someone experience the same problem? How to deal with it?

    Are you able to reproduce this issue in standard CRONUS company. Otherwise, we need a few more details. Alternatively, you can raise a support request to us via normal channels.

    Dear Marco

    We will try to reproduce it on clean Cronus database, but meantime few additional info:

    - there were some extensions installed adjusting some pages and functions for picking however the behavior is the same if we uninstall extensions and repeat on clean sandbox

    - the issue seems to be related to data: the same lot is picked on first and second pick, on third is error

    - the finished product has assigned the same lot code (lot code of main component -> lot code for finished product)
