I am able to use the new workflow and new window for a user to enter their timesheet and code to a project and cost category and submit for approval. 

I understand that this should replace Business Portal. 

However, I do not see the ability to enter the expense report against the project.

I only am able to enter time as the limited user.

    Hi Mike,

    The ability to enter expense report against the project is unfortunately not available on GP 2013 R2. It will be included in GP 2014 RTM that is expected to be released soon.
