Require a tool or add-on for Phone Number formatting in US format

Hello,

I am in an urgent need of an open source add-on solution to format the Phone number fields in US format for Dynamics 365 v9. 

Please suggest some solutions to achieve the same.

    Hi ,

    You can achieve this using Javascript . Try with below code , just need to register the method phone number field onchange event.

            function checkZipcode() {
            var phoneNumber = Xrm.Page.getAttribute("PhoneNoFieldName").getValue();          
            var phoneNumberPattern = /^\(?(\d{3})\)?[- ]?(\d{3})[- ]?(\d{4})$/;
            if (phoneNumber != null) {
                if (phoneNumberPattern.test(phoneNumber)) {
                    alert("Phone Number is valid");
                }
                else {
                    alert("Phone Number is invalid");
                    Xrm.Page.getAttribute("PhoneNoFieldName").setValue(null);
                }

            }
        }
