automate the importing electronic bank statement from the bank web-portal

Hello,

I would like to know how setup BC to import the elettronic bank statement from my bank into BC.

At the moment, I'm able to load a bank statement .csv file from the process "import bank transaction", selecting file, etc., but now, I would like to automate the process, without selecting any file saved on my desktop.

My bank use a web portal named INBIZ where there are all the bank statements.

Can I automate the bank statement import flow in BC? What are the steps I need to setup?

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

I’d check out appsource. Microsoft don’t have anything as standard right now. Can be country dependent as well.

    Hi Gianluca Natili ,

You might need to integrate business central though API with the bank portal.

The bank will provide the API and we have to consume those api from Business central.

you have to reach partner or developer to do so.

using the standard feature, is it possible to import only a file with extension .csv as bank statement? an .xml file, not?

    Hi Gianluca Natili

Maybe this can help you further?

A good idea is to test the API in f.ex Postman before you start developing against it.
