Sales Order Credit Limit Approval Workflow is triggering for all customer

Dears,

I have created an WF from default template for Sales Order Credit Limit Approval in SB instance but this is triggering for those customers as well who dont exceed credit limits.

Could you please help me how to skip those customer SO which customer credit limit yet not exceeded.

Hi,

You can try to put the condition with the Customer Credit limit filter on that workflow.

Hello Nitin,

Thanks for your heads-up. Are you talking about customized WF or BC built in WF with templates?

I am trying to achieve with built in WF but not able to put the condition about Customer Credit Limit there. Any example you have ?
