We found that whenever we are loading CRM application we are getting this error. It looks like it is from the application ribbon in CRM. Can you please let us know how can we remove this error. The error occurs during the day time and at night time around 2 - 3 am CST this error does not occur.
You assumption can be correct. However looking at the error there are no clear indication of the culprit source.
as you have mentioned it doesnt happen all the time. Something is happening in the background.
Since its online you cant really see in the background. i.e turning on tracing etc.
hence I would suggest you raise a ticket with microsoft. they can look into further logs to understand the behaviour.
