I created record fromportal but i checked in system it shows 'Owner' field as 'SYSTEM'.

Hence, i can not fetch related record for a user of portal.

How can i achieve this , i have configured entity list also. I can see all records by using GLOBAL in entity permission.

How can i see only related records of user logged in portal, what changes i have to do?

    Hello,

    Regarding your first question:

The Owner is a field that refers to CRM Users entity and Portal Users are records on CRM Contact entity, therefor you'll always get System on this field.

Second, it is not enough to just create an Entity Permission record for the entity that  you want to access, you have to make sure that at this record you are also linking the Web Role that you are using while trying to fetch the records.

    Regards,

    Irena.

    One more thing.

I am not sure which entity you are doing this for, but you add a Portal Created By Contact field (Lookup to Contact Entity), and in your Portal Entity Form entity, in the section called "Associate Current Portal User on Insert", check the checkbox Associate Current Portal User, and set the Target Entity Portal User Lookup Attribute with the Contact Lookup that you created.

Make sure that the entity has the correct Entity Permissions and Web Roles that you need to display the results to the user.

    Hope this helps.
