CRM Plugin Registration Tool

Hi:
I am started developing Plugin for CRM, but following tutorials, I have found that I should Sign my project, and for that purpose I Downloaded Dynamics CRM SDK 2016. and found, Plugin Registration Tool...

opening it I have found the following form:

here i did not get radio button for Online.

but here in this link it is told that it has radio button for online.

what should I do if I wanted to connect to online Dynamics CRM.

    just check the option "Display list of available organizations"  and click the login button

    as I clicked office 365, I have this view.

    How can I get this form?

    You have to click the office365 button, then enter you credentials ( yourname@yourorganization.onmicrosoft.com)

    then tick the option: Display list of available organizations

    You should use the Office 365 radio button - since all CRM Online instances should now be using Office 365.
