How to call a MS CRM action from WCF service?

Hi Bhabani,
There is nothing difference between calling action from plugin or WCF service.
// Calling the Action - new_EnquiryCreateProject OrganizationRequest req = new OrganizationRequest("new_EnquiryCreateProject"); req["ProjectName"] = "This is a test operation for using Actions in CRM 2013 "; req["Target"] = new EntityReference("new_enquiry", enquiryObj.Id); //execute the request OrganizationResponse response = service.Execute(req);

CRM custom action exposes web API which can be consumed in any application
in WCF you can use Web client class to call those web API
