Can't Find Download For CRM 2016 on-premise Outlook Client 64Bit

I have a user that has 64 Bit Office and the client for Outlook that I can find for CRM 2016 on-premise is complaining it can't install against a 64 bit Outlook. However I can't find a link for a 64 bit download.

Anyone know where to find it?
