force email sync to CRM

hey guys.

I've noticed sometimes that CRM doesn't sync emails, during a short period of time (hours).

-> is there a way to force synchronization of emails to CRM (2013)? I know they didn't sync to CRM because I see them on my Outlook Inbox.

I'm using CRM 2013 on-premises, with SP1 w/ UR2.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

    Hi tiagosh,

Are you integrating to CRM via Outlook synchronization or server side synchronization?

Article with more details on server side sync:

Hi Drew, i'm integrating via server side synchronization.

I get about 300 emails daily, and occasionally during a short period of time the sync stops and restarts with no apparent reason.

is there a way I can assure all emails are integrated? forcing synchronization?

    Thanks

Sorry Tiagosh,  you can set the frequency of the sync but not force.  Are there other Jobs at that time that could be taking up the processing and the email is backed up? What about separating and creating another asyc server?

    Hi again Drew,

Apparently, the first email that doesn't sync is digitally signed, which Outlook itself can't handle, i.e., it attaches a "signature.asc" file that he can't interpret.

Is there a special way Exchange Server or CRM should be configured to correctly process digitally signed e-mails?

    Thanks
