Can the sales process stages menu be closed by default when the lead or opportunity form is opened?

with the new forms and the menu displaying sales stages there's not much room left for information about the lead or opportunity.

Having the sales stages menu closed by default would help.

So would moving the "stakeholders" and "competitors" sections to the bottom of the form.

How can I make those changes?

    Hi Jeff,

Do you want to turn off the Sales Stages at all?

Or just want to hide based on some conditions?

I would like to have the Sales Stages toolbar/menu be closed by default when the form is opened.  I can open it if I need it.

THanks, that tells me what I thought - it requires code, not just a configuration change.

    Hi Jeff,

If you want to turn off at all, it does not need the code.

You just go to the Business Process Flow, and deactivate all of the processes and the Security Roles also can be used, for example you want to Salesperson only available 2 processes, and sales manager cannot have, and so on.

    Do you want that?

If you found my answer is helpful, please help us to verify the answer.

    Thanks.

I don't want to turn it off in all cases, just collapse it until it is needed.  It is a small issue for us so I'll just let it stay as is for now.

    Thanks for your advice.
