Hi we are looking for a CRM system that will allow us to store all Charity sponsors, donors and businesses etc involved with us. We want to be able to track any communication we have had with them and all the history they have with us. Is dynamics a system that can do this?

Now you asked in a Business Central forum. And i don't think Business Central is the best product for your business needs. There are other Dynamics product that will suite your needs better. But there is a specific non profit forum here. If you ask there i hope they have some good advice for you community.dynamics.com/.../nonprofit-industry
