Client has seven of a single inventory ID that has an allocation of 7 to projects. When trying to unallocate 4 of them, we are getting a System Message 28133. The quantity being allocated is greater then the number remaining to be issued 4. 22 is waiting to be consumed. Even though we are showing four still in the "hopper".
I will note that a quantity of -15 autopopulates in the quantity field.
