We are having an issue in Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit, in both the Fundraising & Engagement and in Volunteer Management apps. We are unable to delete an Account. We are able to delete records from all other Tables, but not from Accounts. We have tried deactivating the account prior to deleting it and get the same error. We have also tried bulk deleting and deleting single records. Here is the error message we get.
We’ve run trace logs, and the error message is identical. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Donno if it helps here but I also had problems deleting Accounts recently with a for-profit customer. I experienced that when I try to delete a record from "old" Advanced Find, I sometimes get a more detailed error message.
This is for all accounts, I am the administrator. Also see Catherine Moore response below.
This is a known issue with MC4N, and TSI is aware of it, as of early summer 2022. I do not know how to find out the current prioritization of that bug in the issue list.
We were given two recommended work arounds:
- Mark all accounts that need to be deleted as Inactive and use a status of "To be deleted" and inform staff of this change, and delete them when the bud is fixed
- If there is not much data already in the environment, consider spinning up a new environment
We were also told to log a support case ASAP so that the Product team has visibility into the number of clients impacted. You need Advanced support to log a ticket, or a Partner who can log the ticket for you.
