Hi

Did you try to click on Contact Code then select the code to change the contact name?

Hello,

As MahGah noted, on the Customer Card either click into the Contact Code or you can click Navigate/Contact to add a contact.

Thank you. I did as you suggested. How to I add an additional contact name on the card from here. We have only been using BC 365 since October and I am now updating customer contact info. I don't see in this window were to add a name. I would provide a screen pic although it does not let me.

Yes, you can by adding an additional field as Contact name 2 and link it to the same table behind (Contact).

As Tanya mentioned you can edit the contact and add the name ,

Also, you can click New and create a new contact.

I was at that point. It seems confusing to create a new number just to add or edit a name on the card.

To clarify when I edit I will then select New it will assign a number and then I can continue...

it depends

1) if you have code and you Edit that code you can add info and then you should be done.

2) if you have no code then you should create a new and add info and assign code. Then save and select.

That works. It would be much simpler if you could just add a name in the field without having to click several times to complete the simple task.. Thank you very much for your help.
