    Hi Jason,

In that case what you can do is to create an email template with survey link and you can then send Direct emails. Follow the below given link for instructions on how to send Direct Emails.

    Thanks,

Thanks, Jay! That is helpful for a different requirement. But for this requirement I have a pre-defined list of contacts I want to send the same non-anonymous survey to. There are roughly 150 contacts and I want to only have one send process. Do I create a WF and then fire it on demand against this contact list? How do I set the email up to ensure each contact gets the correct and unique survey?

    RE: Sending Surveys

    Hi Jason,

If you would like to send non anonymous survey, The first thing that you want to do is to build the survey you're looking to send out. While you’re building the survey, you can build different types of questions, such as rating 1-10, dropdown lists, check boxes, text boxes and more. You can also choose a banner image to display at the top of the survey, and choose from one of five different pre-defined style sheets.

The second thing that you want to do is to build the workflow that automatically sends out the survey email, based upon your requirment(for example if the case is closed/resolved). In this workflow, you want to make sure the primary entity is a Case, and that the workflow fires when the record status changes(following the example, again it can be changed as per your requirment). Then you’ll need to add to steps. First step will be a check condition to check to see that the status of the case is closed. The second step will be to actually send out the email, with a link to a survey within it.

After you save and publish the workflow, an email with a link to the satisfaction survey will automatically be sent out each time a case is closed.

When a client fills out the survey itself, the response will automatically feed back into CRM.

Hope this helps. Feel free to let me know your requirement, and I can help you to create workflow based on that.

    Thanks,

    Jay
