I am trying to connect to OCR Service Setup for a client, I created an account and fetched an authorization key from the Read Soft online software but when I try to proceed it is throwing me an error. which says check the User Name, Password and Authorization key. where as every information inserted is absolutely correct.
Could anyone please help me with this?

I recently had to do this on NAV 2017 and used the steps below:
1. Go to the “OCR Service Setup” page and enter the Authorization Key
2. When prompted to open the Data Encryption Management Window select “Yes”
3. In the Data Encryption Management Window choose the “Enable Encryption” Action from the Action Ribbon.
4. When prompted about saving a copy of the Encryption key select “Yes”. Also select “Yes” when prompted for a password. Then enter a suitable password.
5. Save the file to your hard drive
6. Select the “Import Encryption Key” Action and import the key you just saved to your hard drive. Provide the password you entered above when prompted.
7. Close the Data Encryption Management Window to return to the OCR Service Setup page.
8. Back in the OCR Service Setup page enter the following two values:
- "User Name"
- Password
9. Choose the “Test Connection” Action to verify the connection. You should get a message to state that the connection succeeded.
