Dynamics CRM for mobile devices not working since iOS 10 upgrade

iPad not working with the iOS Dynamics CRM app since upgrading to iOS 10.  I keep getting the message "You're signed out.  You'll need internet access to continue.  Correlation ID:  741dc0c2-f771-d2a9-18c2-7bf87d366d6".  Colleagues are having the same problem.  Colleagues who haven't upgraded to iOS are not having the issue.  Has anyone encountered this problem?

There have been no iOS updates from Microsoft to this app, so I'm wondering if one is forthcoming.

    Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the CRM app?  That tends to fix issues like this.  

    That said, I notice the compatibility list for CRM Mobile doesn't yet include iOS 10, so maybe it does need an update: support.microsoft.com/.../3019557

    Yes, uninstalled and reinstalled.  I also noticed that the compatability list doesn't include iOS 10....was hoping to hear from somebody at MS that it's on the way!

    Best bet would be to open a ticket with MS so they can give an ETA on the update.

    Hey there - I am experiencing the exact same issue. Any news yet?

    Also having issues with WP 8.1/10 app - working for some users and not so much for others.

    Any ideas are welcome!

    No answers yet....other colleagues of mine are having the issue with both iPhones and iPads.  Some were able to log onto CRM the first time they upgraded and opened the app, but then not able to log on after that.

    Hmmm, I have posted a ticket with MS support. Hopefully I get a solution soon.

    anyone have a fix?  I'm having the same issue; my iPhone worked fine though, after the upgrade, not my iPad.
