I try to figure out that Microsoft GP 2013 would meet the bank's standards for EFT. The bank accepts 80 Character and 1464 byte files.

Hi,
You can set the EFT format on Financial-Cards-EFT file format. The following are the format available on GP. It has 80 in 3 types and 1,464 on type.
None
CA - Bank of Montreal - 80
CA – CIBC – 80
CA - National Bank of Canada – 1,464
CA - RBC Royal Bank - 152
CA - Toronto Dominion - 80
US - NACHA-PPD - 94
US - NACHA-PPD+ - 94
US - NACHA-CCD - 94
US - NACHA-CCD+ - 94
IS0 20022-Domestic, Low-Value - XML
User-Defined
US – IAT NACHA - 94

You can configure any output required using the EFT for PM and EFT for RM modules. The template is created in Financial Cards.
