I have many workflows that are tied to the Account entity, but when I am in an account and go to processes, it doesn't show any. How is this possible? I can see them in the classic UI, just not the new UI.
Please help, thank you.

Not sure what you mean. Can you may be provide screenshot side by side what is missing?
This is the classis UI, when on the account record and go to … and click on Run workflow, I see the below
This is the new UI and it shows nothing, when I am on the account record and click on the … and go to processes
Why don't I see the same workflows when I am in the classic UI versus the new UI?
You're mixing up things. In the classic UI - you shown On-Demand Workflows, in UCI using Switch Process you can choose Business Process Flow that will be activated for your record. If you want to run On-Demand workflow in UCI - it's located in "Flow" menu. More information you can see here - www.cloudfronts.com/.../
